UPDATE 3/30/20 @ 11:00 AM – We have further updated our pickup/drop-off hours with a daily window of 12PM-3PM Monday-Saturday. Pickup/drop-off scheduling and coordination via telephone is now available between 9AM-4PM M-F and 12PM-3PM Saturdays. Thank you.

Due to the escalation of the COVID-19 outbreak along with likely statewide changes affecting small business operations and potential shelter-in-place recommendations, our office reception areas will be closed to walk-in traffic starting March 19. Technical staff will still be available, performing repairs and able to coordinate pickups, new repair services, and device hand-off via telephone.

If you need to pick up a repaired computer or a declined device repair, staff will be available at each store to assist during our normal business hours of 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday and 10AM-4PM on Saturday see update above. Please call the main number of the location you will be visiting in order to coordinate payment arrangements or retrieval of your device.

If you would like to check in a device for diagnostics and/or repair, please call the appropriate number above and we will assist with ticket creation, verification of contact information, repair policies, and payment (if required) over the phone. Once a ticket has been created, drop-off can be scheduled or, if you are already present outside one of our locations, a Lapin staff member will meet you at our entry point or curbside for device & paperwork hand-off. If you arrive by car, we would recommend remaining in your vehicle during repair ticket creation and hand-off coordination. If you arrive on foot or via public transit, we request that you call ahead if possible to avoid unnecessary wait times and possible inclement weather.

We do not take the decision to close our doors to walk-in traffic lightly, but we feel it is best for the safety of our customers and employees alike as we continue to service a high volume of repairs due to Apple Store closures and an increase in overall repair requests.
