- Bench – Many hardware repairs have standard flat-rates including parts and labor, available upon request. Other bench services are billed at $199/hr.
- Onsite, Home – $195/hr, One-hour minimum visit fee.
- Onsite, Business – $235/hr, One-hour minimum visit fee.

- Remote Support – $195/hr, 15-minute minimum remote support fee.
