We heard you! Lapin is happy to announce a new Evanston drop-off and pickup location at 2934 Central St. to provide a more convenient point-of-contact for our local and north/northwest suburban Lapin customers.
Please note that this location does not offer on-site repairs but is a satellite office to transfer computers to/from our flagship Lincoln Park repair center at no extra charge. The new Central St. location bridges the gap for our customers who cannot or prefer not to physically travel to our main repair center.
As always, pickup & delivery can also be arranged if visiting either location is not convenient (fees may apply).
We will shuttle computers and equipment between locations daily (M-F), with diagnostics and repairs processed quickly as part of our standard service queue. Customers will be notified in real-time regarding repair milestones and ready-for-pickup status.
We encourage customers to call our main office at 312-328-9945 to pre-arrange drop-off/pickup times and payment information (if required for non-warranty repairs or upgrades).
You can drop off or pick up computers at our new satellite location without an appointment between 9AM-12PM Monday through Friday, or by appointment at other times.
